Terms of Service

MemoStock (memostock.net) sells digital vector illustrations created by one independent artist. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a download — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.

You need an account (email/password or Google sign-in) to buy and download files. Keep your login to yourself — downloads made from your account count as yours.

Prices are in US dollars. Pay by credit/debit card or PayPal (processed by PayPal), or with USDC on the Base network. Your files unlock as soon as payment is confirmed.

Each purchase includes a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide single commercial license: use the artwork in personal and client projects, branding, marketing, websites, apps, social media, merchandise, print on demand, books, and editorial — with unlimited impressions and copies. The full license text is shown in the store and included with every download.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the artwork as a standalone file (vector or raster), include it in clipart sets, asset packs, or stock collections (even modified), claim copyright or register it as your own trademark, or imply the artist endorses your project. The artwork remains © MemoStock.

Because vectors are digital files that can't be returned, all sales are finalonce your files are available for download. We stand behind every file: if a download is broken, corrupted, or won't open, email memoangeles@gmail.com and we'll fix or replace it — always.

Files are provided as-is, in the formats listed on each product (EPS master plus PNG, JPG, and PDF renders). We're not liable for how the artwork performs in any particular use; our total liability is limited to what you paid for the file.
